Refund policy
The products that you purchase here are beautifully unique and completely customized by you. Due to that, there are no returns or refunds. All sales are final. Once an order is placed, your 'opening' will happen on its scheduled live (this will vary, depending on the amount of orders coming in - check the daily schedules posted on FaceBook to see where your order falls in the week). If you do not attend the scheduled live for your order, it will be held until the end of the live that night and can be watched on the replay. We do this to avoid holding up your shipping. Warranty on products will vary, depending on the items. You have a 30 day warranty on damaged or defective items, effective the date of receiving your items. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, OR you received an order with missing items, you must email us within 72 hours upon receiving the damaged item or orders that are missing items. If damage is covered by our warranty, you will need to send the item back within 7 days of delivery. Warranty does not cover jewelry that is set with pearls that are outside the recommended setting size. This includes freshwater, edison, or tahitian pearls. When you place an order on a live and ask for an item to be invoiced, the invoice is final or the pearl drilled and set will be forfeited.
Clothing Purchase Returns:
If you purchase clothing from us and you want to return the items purchased, they must be unwashed/not warn, in original packaging with tags still attached if applicable and posted back to us within 72hrs of receiving the items. Refunds can be made in the form of store credit. This credit does not include shipping, taxes, or custom fees, it is only for the amount paid for the item purchased. Please see sizing charts provided to be sure that you have chosen the correct sizes for items of clothing. See the note on the Wear Windfall Collection Page to see any necessary info prior to buying.
