Shipping policy

We accept all major forms of payment, including PayPal. You will purchase oysters prior to any being opened for you. If you have any jewelry added after the fact, an invoice will be sent to you. Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice or it will be void and the order will be cancelled. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 weeks of purchase date, to the best of our ability. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If you DO NOT choose to insure your order at checkout, we do not cover any damage or loss once package is in the hands of USPS ( or other shipping company used). If you DID choose to ensure your package, and you encounter an issue with damaged or lost packages, you will file a claim with "us" (Windfall Creations) and we will move forward with settling the issue.
